The beauty alliance Germany operates under the legal structure of a GmbH & Co. KG. The company is based in Bielefeld, Germany. As limited commercial partners, all members are also owners of the beauty alliance GmbH & Co. KG.

Member fees are not charged, the company is financed through its own business activities. Therefore, the beauty alliance can offer its partners an extensive range of services, as well as favorable conditions in all relevant areas.

At least once a year, the general assembly, as highest decision-making body, is called. Each shareholder has an equal voting right, independent of size and turnover of his business.

Every three years, the general assembly elects the supervisory board. Its nine members control, within the context of corporate governance, the activities of the management and support them in all aspects of business administration. Various committees are available for consulting to the supervisory board and the management.
